United 2 Heal (U2H) is an undergraduate-run nonprofit humanitarian organization at the University of Michigan that helps eliminate global health disparities by collecting, sorting, and shipping surplus medical supplies to countries in need. Every Saturday morning, we provide rides to World Medical Relief in Southfield, where we assist in sorting and packing donated medical supplies to be sent off to communities around the world lacking access to adequate healthcare. Our volunteers are also involved in Project My Heart Your Heart, a clinical research project to safely sort, refurbish, and sterilize used, donated pacemakers for reuse by those in need abroad ━ we directly assist in this project by cleaning, interrogating, and de-leading thousands of pacemakers.  Our club also aims to foster connections among its members beyond just volunteering activities. We hold weekly member meetings, some of which are focused on professional development, including workshops and presentations geared toward pre-health students. We also host regular member socials, ranging from cider mill trips to movie nights to group study sessions!  For more information and to see more of our club, check out our Instagram (@u2h.umich) or our website u2h.org! If you're interested in joining us, get on our email list by filling out the form at the bottom of our website :)
