Writer’s Den aims to provide a space for University of Michigan students of diverse backgrounds to explore creative writing and connect with the greater writing community, without a pressure to produce work. Meetings involve creative-writing related activities in a relaxed atmosphere, including poetry board games, prompt generation, chill writing sessions, and much more! Additionally, there are more formal creative writing events each month, such as guest speaker events, open mics, and workshops. Writer’s Den is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned writer or a person who’s never heard of creative writing.
