International & Multicultural
AFGA is a sub-branch of the Aga Khan Foundation. We host fundraising events and an annual Village in Action which engages campus students and seeks to improve the welfare and prospects of people in the developing world, particularly in Asia and Africa, without regard to faith, origin or gender. We also volunteer with the local refugee community in Clarkston and host fun-filled day activities and do donation drives. Previous events have included a Spring and Thanksgiving Fest with refugee children, Gift of Giving and various donation drives.
