The American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is a global organization which strives to provide support to future physicians in order to unleash the true potential of the medical field. We tackle this mission with 8 Action Committees including Community and Public Health, Global Health, Reproductive Health, Gender & Sexuality, Student Life & Wellness, Environmental Health, Health Policy, and Race, Ethnicity, & Culture in Health. AMSA places a large amount of importance on advocacy, making efforts to address the looming issues faced within the field of healthcare.
