Political & Advocacy
The objective of the organization, as part of the national organization BridgeUSA, is to provide a free, open, and nonpartisan forum for political discourse, where a diverse body of non-like-minded individuals can engage in a civil, fact-based, and intellectual exchange of ideas. BridgeEmory hosts biweekly, moderated discussion meetings on different political topics and current events. These events which occur every other Thursday at 7:00pm starting on 9/12 will include snacks/pizza and one or two short videos on the topic before the discussion. Students of varying levels of political interest and knowledge are welcome, and all students are encouraged to come with an open mind.
