Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, "MSF") is an independent, international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid in more than 70 countries to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, and exclusion from healthcare. Friends of MSF at Emory is a student-led society aiming to support Doctors Without Borders by (1) raising awareness of their work around the world, (2) fundraising, and (3) encouraging community involvement.
