The purpose of EGHO is to expand opportunities for students to learn about global health and to grow as public health professionals both in and outside of the classroom through outreach, advocacy, and dialogue.
Our objectives include:
Building meaningful partnerships within our community including Rollins, the Metro-Atlanta area, and between international partners and network
Encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives on global health topics through advancing human rights, equity, and inclusion
Investing in gLOCAL action, recognizing that “global is local and local is global”
