Emory Invest in Yourself (EIY) seeks to create a comfortable, supportive environment in which students of all academic and financial backgrounds can learn to invest in and for themselves. While our focus will be on financial literacy, we anticipate for components of EIY to discuss a variety of life skills centered around personal growth. EIY shall foremost be an organization where members will learn the basics of personal finances: elementary stock trading, budgeting, building credit, and more. We recognize that the majority of Emory students may not have access to investing resources but still strongly desire to build a bright future for themselves.
