The purpose of Emory Pre-Health Oxford Connections is to help students explore and discuss the different career paths within pre-health (pre-med, pre-nursing, pre-physical therapist, etc.) by connecting them to other students and resources that will aid them in deciding which career within the pre-health field they want to pursue.
To help advise students on academics and campus life (clubs and other opportunities) to better utilize tools on campus, as well as to help give members information from a unique student perspective.
To serve as a resource for students graduating from the Oxford campus to receive information regarding research programs, club opportunities in the Atlanta campus, and overall transitioning from being pre-health in Oxford to pre-health in Atlanta. Specifically, deepen the connection between the two campuses and have a liaison to help second years receive information about the resources available on the Atlanta campus.
