A priority of oSTEM @ Emory is to cultivate a safe space where queer scientists can pursue their passions and vocations in a historically hostile environment without fear of queerphobic retaliation or ostracization. Hosting community building and networking events is the focal point of our organization, with a secondary priority of community service and outreach.
