Student Cancer Researchers (SCR) aims to bring together students who are interested in the field of cancer research and are enrolled in Emory's Laney Graduate School for networking, professional development, and social opportunities. The goals of SCR are to foster cross-discipline and cross program interactions and to engage members in student-driven educational experiences and develop social capital among members. Activities include professional development seminars, inter-organization social events, and an annual holiday party.
