Career Development & Networking
Joining TAMID gives students several unprecedented opportunities for hands-on interaction with the Israeli economy. Students go through a semester of educational seminars, followed by the opportunity to manage an investment fund and/or consult for Israeli start-up companies, and finally a chance to intern in Israel through the TAMID Fellowship program. The program spans the student’s entire time at university, instilling a profound commitment to Israel from a business perspective. Our vision is to reinvent Israeli advocacy in a way that will effectively reach students at a personally compelling and professionally significant level."Launched in Fall 2013, the first semester consists of one semester of educational lectures and a series of speakers on a variety of topics ranging from investments, to the Israeli economy. Then the next semester (Spring) would be more focused on managing an investment fund, from which the funds were obtained solely by our own fundraising etc. Then there is potential for fellowship opportunities over the summer. The fellowship would consist of a summer internship in Israel at an Israeli business.
