Our club offers language and poetry education through popular music to students in Boston Public Schools with learning disabilities. By using their favorite songs as inspiration, we introduce creative writing concepts and guide students in crafting their own poems. Recognizing that creative writing opportunities are often inaccessible to students with disabilities, our organization creates a supportive space for these students to express themselves freely and explore their creativity. Through Northeastern, we hope to connect with members who are passionate about music and writing and interested in working with these students. As a volunteer-driven organization, we rely on dedicated individuals to bring our mission to life in Boston's schools.
