The Terra Society organizes activities that promote appreciation and understanding of the Earth and of environmental sciences. Our aim is to broaden our members' knowledge of the natural world and provide an opportunity to enjoy unique opportunities with other like-minded environmental enthusiasts. Terra Society events include field trips to Boston-area green spaces and museums, presentations by professors and others from the environmental science world, and social events including potlucks and documentary watch parties. Terra is open to all students from all disciplines and welcomes anyone interested in the areas of ecology, environmental science, marine science, geology, environmental studies, and sustainability.
