WIA at UCLA is a group that encourages community and equal opportunity for female-identifying and non-binary students interested in and/ or pursuing professions in the animation industry. This student organization is a chapter of the non-profit advocacy group WIA, founded in 1995 to offer networking and resources to underrepresented gender groups in animation, VFX, and gaming.
