Social Justice
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers, and guided by its Congressional Charter and the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross movement will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. The Red Cross Club at Northeastern works to uphold the principles of the American Red Cross and the Global Red Cross Network. We pursue this through fundraising for disaster relief and specific initiatives, volunteering in the Boston community, organizing blood drives, providing opportunities for CPR and first-aid trainings, and more.
