Alternative Spartan Breaks was founded in 1991 by six students looking to make an impact on communities devastated by a hurricane. Today, we have greatly expanded our focus to a plethora of different service opportunities. We strive to send service trips that involve diverse environmental and social issues, so students of all backgrounds and interests can find a trip that they are interested in! ASB has week-long service opportunities over Spring Break, along with weekend trips throughout the school year. Leadership opportunities are available for students looking to get trained, and lead trips!
