Academic
The main purpose is to educate MSU students and the extending community about bees, beekeeping, and pollinators in general. This education is intended to show how essential bees are but also to encourage citizens to act with pollinator-friendly choices. This organization promotes bee conservation and stewardship through bee-safe gardening practices, recent bee research, bee charities, local beekeeper associations, and being empowered by doing both large and small acts of support.
