Broad Leadership Association (BLA) is a student-run club focused on building the business leaders of tomorrow. BLA offers leadership workshops, networking opportunities with a diverse group of guest speakers, and academic support. BLA also offers two different programs for first and second year students. With BLA's mentorship program, members will be paired with mentors who are in the Broad College of Business. Mentors will provide help with the Broad College of Business application, resume and LinkedIn help, networking tips/tricks, and anything else that aids their mentee. BLA also offers leadership opportunities for freshmen and sophomores with their Ambassador Program. For those in the Ambassador Program, they will gain leadership skills through aiding the executive board with planning and organizing events, contacting companies, and networking the club. With everything BLA has to offer, members will be able to gain leadership and business skills that will set them apart from their peers.
