Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. is the first Latin Fraternity founded on December 1st, 1975 at Kean University in Union, NJ. Our organization is the first Latin Fraternity to be recognized by the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and the first to publish its history.Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. is committed to respect and defend the interests and aspirations of every brother to assist in their individual success and to achieve social justice for all Latinos.The mission of Lambda Theta Phi is to empower the Latin male through scholarship, Brotherhood, opportunity and protection of identity and equality.IDEALS1.
