Les Gourmets is The School of Hospitality Business' Annual Fine Dining Gala. As the longest running student run event on campus, at 72 years, Les Gourmets strives to educate its members in the hospitality industry and create an event unique to MSU. From its beginnings as a simple dinner buffet Les Gourmets has evolved into a seven course seated fine dining event. All aspects of the event are 100% planned and executed by the students.
