The MSU Center for Survivors is honored to work with sexual assault survivors and all others who are impacted by sexual violence. We provide free and confidential individual counseling to MSU students. Our 24-hour hotline, crisis chat, groups and workshops, and advocacy services are available to anyone affiliated with MSU and the greater Lansing community. The MSU Sexual Assault Healthcare Program is staffed 24/7 by specialized forensic nurses. Services are free and available to any adult who has been recently assaulted. Services include: access to resources and support, medical care to treat injuries, preventative treatment for sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy, and evidence collection in a sexual assault kit. All services at the Center for Survivors and Sexual Assault Healthcare Program are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. The MSU Center for Survivors also has volunteer positions that will help you develop practical, work-related skills while providing essential services to people in need and reducing violence in the campus community.
