The MSU CHM ROC chapter is centered around three pillars: education, service, and advocacy. ROC strives to foster a culturally conscious care community by educating the greater Grand Rapids community about the health disparities caused by the global migration crisis. Furthermore, we aspire to serve local families through a network of medical students and physicians by providing resources for the recently resettled. Lastly, we advocate for those who cannot do so themselves, helping to eliminate prejudice and create discussion amongst our community.
