The Student Engagement Team (known as SET) is a student group within the Residential Business Community (RBC), composed primarily of 1st-year business students within the RBC program that are pursuing a career in business through the Broad College of Business. The SET group supports the mission, goals, and purpose of the RBC program in various ways, but primarily through planning and implementing impactful initiatives for students within the RBC program. The RBC program at Michigan State University is dedicated to creating a residential academic experience to promote, enhance, and support students' academic, personal, and professional growth in their development as business students in a diverse and multicultural world. The community will also assist students in acquiring the relational skills necessary to succeed and lead in today's global society. Through a seamless environment of academic and experiential learning activities, students develop business leadership competencies in a collaborative, inclusive, and multicultural environment.
