The MSU AAWV is a student chapter of the national AAWV designed to promote an interest in and provide educational information on wildlife health and wildlife veterinary medicine. MSU AAWV creates educational and career opportunities for veterinary students to expand their knowledge, skills, and involvement in wildlife medicine by curating guest lectures and creating hands-on wet lab events, as well as providing networking opportunities.
