MSU SCEC is the Student chapter of the national Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). The CEC "works to improve public policy affecting children and youth with disabilities and gifts and talents, their parents and the professionals who work with them, at all levels of the government." As the student chapter we strive to follow their example by fundraising and volunteering in the community!
