SPARC aims to create an atmosphere of ambition and enthusiasm for higher academia in undergraduate students. We do this through: Mentorship & Collaboration- We aim to create the ultimate professional network for Spartan undergraduates ambitious about research and higher academia. Research, Education & Advocacy- SPARC produces academic leaders by exposing members to a higher degree of scholarship, opportunities and recognition.Scientific communication- Writing about your research is easy. Discussing it in a roomful of people and getting them excited about it requires work. SPARC will expose current undergraduates to a holistic and interdisciplinary research experience, creating successful graduates. Our primary goal for SPARC is to be a bi-annual interdisciplinary publication, with a journal released every semester to highlight the innovative and dedicated work of students across all disciplines—arts and humanities, STEM, and social sciences.
