We will meet bi-weekly and discuss a new medical field each time. For example, one time we will discuss Dentistry, and another we will discuss Perfusion. This is to ensure that young women are learning about the different possible fields they could be interested in. Each time we will also learn about a woman who was critical to said field, and her success throughout the years. This will be important for people who might already be certain on a medical field, but want to learn about the success of different women. We will also have speakers to educate the members as well as discuss their experience within the career. We aim to host fundraisers for various women's health related causes. Students would get involved through social media, group me texts, and flyers around campus.
