We are Anthropology in the Works, a student collective of anthropologists, educators, and activists in training. We envision a world where Anthropology is accessible and understandable beyond academia and theory. We strive to teach how it can be embodied and integrated into personal life and public engagement.We are dedicated to learning more about the traditions and customs of different cultures by hosting and participating in events around campus and the Boston area. We also offer students the opportunity to meet with and get to know the dedicated BU Anthropology Department. Through excursions, discussions, presentations, and celebrations we hope that any student interested in Anthropology can experience firsthand what it means to be an Anthropologist.
