Political & Advocacy
Boston University College Republicans (BUCR) is a political student group with the goal of promoting the free marketplace of ideas on campus.At our weekly meetings, we engage with current political topics and discuss them to find common ground, as well as to understand the perspectives of those who disagree with us. We invite all Terriers, regardless of political persuasion, to attend our meetings, as we have a wide breadth of ideological differences among our members. We also host events, such as debates and watch parties, to try and bring together students from different backgrounds and create a more cohesive political culture on campus.
