Graduate
The mission of the Boston University chapter of the Society for Women in Marine Science is as follows: (1) To foster community among undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty, staff, and other Boston University affiliates interested in marine science. (2) To support networking through a mentorship program. (3) To organize professional development programs that are open to members of all levels. (4) To identify areas where we could improve diversity, intersectionality, and inclusion in marine science and address these issues with events/actions.
