The purpose of BU Chess is to act as a community hub for chess enthusiasts at Boston University. The club will provide chess resources and a place to play for undergraduates.The mission of BU Chess is to promote the game of chess to the Boston University community, provide a friendly environment for chess players to engage, and formulate a BU Chess Team to compete in the Collegiate Chess League, other Collegiate Tournaments, and the World Amateur Team.
