The Environmental Student Organization (ESO) strives to raise awareness about environmental justice issues and climate mitigation to create beneficial environmental change on BU's campus and in the surrounding community of Boston. Our weekly meetings are a place where all students can come together and learn something new together about the environment. ESO works hard to create an atmosphere where driven students have the opportunity to congregate, socialize and make changes. Specifically, we are focused on making environmentalism INCLUSIVE and ACCESSIBLE, promoting activism at all scales and highlighting environmental justice. We participate in many environmental activities in the Boston area including urban gardening, weekend hikes, partnering with local zero waste businesses, and much more!
