Community Service & Volunteering
BU's premiere hugging group! Our club seeks to inspire and unify the BU community through acts of kindness. Every Friday is Free Hug Friday, where we give free hugs at Marsh Plaza or the GSU Link (when it's cold or raining). At our weekly meetings, we do acts of kindness. Past acts of kindness have included hiding packets of quarters in campus laundry rooms, giving out candy and tea bags in the library during midterms, and leaving encouraging notes throughout classroom buildings.
