Academic
Our main goal is to prepare members for veterinary school and provide outlets for volunteering. We aid members in course selection to ensure that they meet all of the undergraduate prerequisites, and we provide information about animal-related volunteer opportunities. However, you do not need to be pre-vet to join PALS. We also help students who are undecided by providing exposure to a wide variety of animals and by meeting with veterinarians who specialize in different fields. By doing so, we hope to present a realistic picture of the profession to members and to provide them with enough information to make their decision. For all non pre-veterinary members, we provide exciting trips, rewarding volunteering experiences and tons of social events. Join the only animal-related group on Boston University's campus!
