Welcome to the Boston University Undergraduate Economics Association! The UEA will offer you the opportunity to gain insight into the global economy and develop the leadership and professional skills that are needed to succeed in the professional world. Our goal is to create leaders who are able to interpret economic news and data, present information in a professional fashion, and become more competitive candidates for internships, jobs, and graduate programs. The UEA achieves its goals through student presentations and articles, special lectures with distinguished faculty, business people, government and NGO officials, and our annual Case Competition. Additionally, the UEA Economic Discussion Series (EDS) offers students the chance to follow, analyze, and interpret selected economic indicators throughout the course of the school year.
