Community Service & Volunteering
We hold meetings monthly and spread awareness of key global health issues. We also have guest speakers come to our meetings to enrich our general members and give them insight into diplomatic and IR related careers. We have had Professor Mark C. Storella share his experiences of being the Ambassador to Zambia. We also hold monthly fundraisers to raise money for UNICEF's initiatives and organizations that support children. Our most successful fundraiser was the "Be Golden Fundraiser". We raised upwards of $5,500 dollars for Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City that went towards progressing Pediatric Cancer Research. Our Executive Board is devoted to UNICEF's mission.
