Welcome to the official page of Ra-On, Berkeley's premier Korean rock band!
Established in 2006, we are the only Korean band on campus. Comprising musically talented students, Ra-On is more than just a band; it's a creative outlet for those passionate about music. Our mission is to showcase the performing arts of Korean culture, primarily through rock music.
Our repertoire includes both Korean and English cover songs, and we also delight in composing original music. To broaden our reach and promote our unique genre, we regularly film our practice sessions and share them with not just the Korean community, but with the diverse audience that makes up Berkeley.
Throughout the semester, we engage in various projects, gigs, and performances. The highlight is our very own concert, held at the end of each semester. We welcome anyone with a passion for music and an interest in Korean rock!
