Law
Moot court is a mock appellate competition where students draft and orally compete with arguments applying existing case law to a given fictional case. The purpose of Undergraduate Moot Court at UCLA shall be to prepare undergrad students to compete at local and national moot court competitions, building club members’ skills of logical argumentation and public speaking.
