EthiCAL Apparel is a student-run and sustainably-driven social enterprise at UC Berkeley. We provide custom orders of high-quality screen printing and design services on sustainable, ethically-made clothing. In addition, we have our own line of apparel that we design and sell. The majority of our profits are donated to support a new local organization each semester.
Our team is comprised of 6 departments: Design; Finance and Operations; Marketing; Sales; Social Good; and Web Development.
We handle all operations from strategic planning, customer insights, design, and event planning, to list a few. These opportunities create a unique environment where students stretch their creativity to drive the business forward with their impactful decisions. If you’re interested in working in a professional business setting to build industry skills and gain real-world experience, we encourage you to keep an eye out for our recruitment at the beginning of each semester.
