The mission of this organization shall be to encourage women to be supportive of each other and provide opportunities to network with women of all ages and majors. The overarching purpose of The Women’s Network initiative is to inspire and empower young women with the hope that they will pay this support forward and help young women in the future. The mission is also to help build more confidence in young women and encourage them to pursue what interests them. The intended impact of this organization is to build a community filled with passionate, ambitious women who will be encouraged to be more supportive of fellow women and be a more inclusive body.
