MissionThe Canadian Student Organization (CSO) is a non-political volunteer student organization committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all its members, respecting their diverse backgrounds and cultural identities. Our primary objective is to organize and sponsor social and cultural activities and events that celebrate the rich tapestry of Canadian heritage among the Canadian community at Stanford, welcoming all those interested in anything related to Canada to engage with us and one another. We aim to promote a deeper understanding of Canadian culture, create opportunities for intercultural exchange, and build lasting connections among students from various backgrounds. Additionally, we strive to serve as a source of unity and support for the Canadian student community, enhancing their overall university experience and providing a bridge between current Canadian Stanford affiliates and the broader Canadian community in the SF Bay Area and beyond.
