MissionDesign for America strives to build innovations, cultivate design leadership, and make meaningful social impacts. Students from interdisciplinary teams work with local community partners to tackle pressing, real-world challenges by implementing solutions. Students prepare for a future in the field of innovation, build life-long friendships, and help change their communities for the better, whether it be selecting projects ("scoping"), tackling projects, and providing any supplementary training to members. Projects are daring, feasible and applicable to tackle issues in various fields, such as health, the environment, and education.
