MissionEveryday People (EP) was founded to uplift and honor the underrepresented voices of Black artists in the Stanford a capella scene and music more broadly. As a tribute to Sly and the Family Stone's vision of inclusiveness and acceptance of all races, genders, and creeds, our founders formed Everyday People, based on the group's 1967 hit of the same title. Today, EP continues to honor Sly and the Family Stone's mission to uplift and embrace music created by Black artists.
