MissionSOAPNotes is a group of composers, arrangers, performers and audio producers who utilize music performance and production as a form of service for patients in the hospital. After first interacting with and learning about the music interests of a patient, members will arrange, perform, record and produce music to send to the patient as a gift as a form of emotional support. As a group, SOAP Notes seeks to foster an open environment in which individuals with complementary music skill sets can connect with, work with and learn from each other, while making the process of developing a music project into a full production more accessible.
