MissionSACNAS is an inclusive organization dedicated to fostering the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM. The full acronym stands for Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science.The SACNAS Chapter at Stanford University seeks to fulfill this mission by creating a community of students and alumni that support each other through sharing knowledge, inspiring underrepresented youth, and developing personal and professional skills.
