MissionThe Stanford Debate Society represents Stanford University across all debate formats, competing in intercollegiate debate tournaments such as the American Parliamentary Debate Association (APDA), the National Parliamentary Debate Association (NPDA), British Parliamentary Debate (BP), National Debate Tournament (NDT) policy debate, and the World Universities Debating Championships (WUDC). The Society will also facilitate the organization of a tournament for high school students.
