MissionMuay Thai is a form of Martial Arts that makes use of punches, elbows, kicks, and knees, as well as the clinch (stand-up grappling).The purpose of the Stanford Muay Thai Club Sport will be to provide Stanford students with1. the opportunity to learn and safely practice Muay Thai techniques,2. a fun and engaging way to improve mental/physical health through full-body training,3. a tried-and-true method to develop discipline, confidence, and self-mastery,4. a close-knit, supportive, and non-judgmental community.
