MissionThe Stanford Bicycle Project is a registered community-service organization at Stanford University focused on promoting bicycle safety, sustainability and self-reliance. Founded in 2015, the Stanford Bicycle Project represents a strong team of student-mechanics who are passionate about cycling, engineering and helping their community. Originally endowed with a focus on both holding free bicycle repair classes and repairing abandoned bicycles for donation, the Stanford Bicycle Project has since expanded to include a partnership with the Parent's Club and FLIP to repair and distribute bicycles to students each Fall.
