Mission
"The Chicano/Latino Staff Association at UCI shall assist the University in the recruitment and retention of Chicano/Latino undergraduate and graduate students. It shall support the Chicano/Latino campus community by: (1)providing a social support network for Chicano/Latino staff and students; (2) serving as an advocacy group for the Chicano/Latino campus community; (3) encouraging and promoting the hiring and retention of Chicano/Latino staff at UCI; and (4) advocating and developing educational and social programs for staff at UCI."
